Tranquil Mind RTT – Terms and Conditions of Booking a Session

Effective Date: 01/06/2024

Please carefully review these terms as they outline our respective rights and obligations.

1. Making Your Booking

Bookings can be made by completing the online form at www.tranquilmindrtt.co.uk. Upon receipt of your session purchase confirmation, we will confirm the program start date, subject to availability. Please review your confirmation invoice promptly, and contact us within 5 working days if any details appear incorrect.

2. Payment

Full payment is required within 72 hours of your chosen program start date. A non-refundable £75 deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due at least 48 working hours before your scheduled consultation time. Unpaid balances may lead to booking cancellation.

3. Your Commitment Contract

A binding contract is established upon deposit payment. This agreement is governed by UK law, and any disputes will be addressed in the UK courts.

4. Program Costs

We reserve the right to adjust program prices at any time. Please confirm the current price at the time of booking.

5. Changes by You

If you wish to modify your booking, notify us by email. We’ll strive to accommodate changes, though fees may apply.

6. Cancellation by You

Cancellation charges are as follows, based on the time remaining before your start date:

  • More than 2 weeks prior: Deposit only
  • Less than 2 weeks: Deposit + 10%
  • Less than 1 week: Deposit + 20%
  • Less than 5 days: Deposit + 30%
  • Less than 3 days: Deposit + 50%
  • Less than 24 hours: Deposit + 60%
  • Less than 24 hours into the program: Deposit + 70%

Further charges apply as the program progresses.

8. Changes and Cancellations by Us

Occasionally, we may need to modify or cancel bookings. In such cases, we will offer alternatives where possible but cannot cover any incurred expenses resulting from these changes.

9. Our Liability to You

We commit to delivering your session with reasonable skill and care. Liability exclusions apply in cases of personal fault, unforeseeable events, or external factors.

10. Complaints

Should any issues arise during your session, please inform us immediately. Complaints must be submitted in writing as soon as possible.

11. Behaviour

Clients are expected to act considerately. We reserve the right to terminate sessions without refund if behavior is inappropriate or disruptive.

12. Special Requests and Medical Problems

Please notify us of any special requests or medical issues at the time of booking. While we aim to meet reasonable requests, we cannot guarantee them.

13. Health Requirements

Ensure you have all necessary health documentation, consent forms, and medical checkups (where applicable) before the session.
